What is a birth doula?
A Birth doula is someone who is at your birth to support you AND your partner. My main priority is to help make you the most comfortable and ensure your needs are met. I help partners by coaching them on how to provide hands on support through touch, and encourage them to be apart of the birthing process. I’m not there to take their place.
I am here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
What is a Postpartum doula?
A Postpartum doula to me; is like a mothers helper. I am here to create a seamless transition into motherhood and help your family adjust to having a newborn in the home. I am an extra set of ears to talk to, someone to help with newborn care while you have a shower or go take a nap, I help with light house work and answer any questions you may have about mood disorders, breastfeeding, formula feeding, baby wearing, cloth diapers, and more.
How do my services work?
We start off with a free consultation to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit! Following this you get to select one of my packages for support. I use packages to help make everything laid out and simple for you and myself. We can also customize packages if requested! My packages are for everyone- First time families, families that have multiple children, medicated, natural, home or hospital births.

The following are my updated packages for 2023/2024
Birth Support $1,200.00
Email and text support throughout your pregnancy, and postpartum period up to 8 weeks postpartum.
2 prenatal sessions- Birth plan prep, explanations of procedures, questions, practicing hands on support with doula and partner. Going over basic newborn care, and what to expect in the postpartum period.
On call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks
Continuous virtual support during pregnancy & early labour stages.
Continuous physical and mental support during active labour.
Access to TENS unit, library, and oils.
1-3 hours post birth to help with feeding, answering any questions.
1 Postpartum visit
Birth photography if desired

Email and text support throughout your pregnancy, and postpartum life up to 8 weeks postpartum.
2 Prenatal meetings - Birth plan, labour prep, explanations of procedures, questions, practicing hands on support with doula and partner. Going over basic newborn care, feeding, and what to expect in the postpartum period.
On call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks

Continuous physical and mental support during active labour.
Access to TENS unit, library, and oils.
1-3 hours post birth to help with feeding answering any questions.
8 hours of postpartum home support.
Birth Photography if desired
Postpartum Support $900.00
Two prenatal meetings- creating a birth plan, labour prep, c-section prep, and talking about postpartum needs/wants. Going over what to expect postpartum and how to prepare.
20 daytime postpartum hours starting after you return home.
4 nighttime postpartum hours- can be substituted for daytime hours.
The more the merrier- $900.00
For those families on baby 3/4/5+ who need hands on support during labour.
Email and text support throughout your pregnancy, and postpartum period up to 8 weeks postpartum.
1 prenatal to go over birth plan prep, policy explanations, procedure explanations, and answer any questions you may have.
On call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks.
Continuous virtual support during pregnancy & early labour stages.
Continuous physical and mental support during active labour.
Access to TENS unit, library, and oils.
1-3 hours post birth to help with feeding, answering any questions.

Photography
I am a doula first and photographer second. I am at your birth to support you and make sure all your needs are met. When I am able to I will capture moments during and after birth. You will receive the edited images in an online gallery and be able to download and print them. There is no guarantee on how many photos you will receive. Typically I am able to give approx. 15-30 photos but it can vary depending on how much physical support you need or how fast your labour & delivery goes.
